The Cookery Studio
Our Cookery Studio is the perfect teaching and demonstration space. The studio has 8 individual workstations, but could be used for up to 14 students and has one tutor workstation. A ceiling mounted LCD projector and motorised projection screen is provided for multimedia demonstrations.
Each workstation is fully equipped and includes a Neff oven and ceramic hob, apron, food scales, preparation boards, knives and utensils.
The Product Development Kitchen
Our Product Development Kitchen is fitted with equipment that you will find in a professional trade kitchen. With conventional gas and electric rational ovens, it is the perfect space for training or as an additional workspace in the event of limited space at your own premises. The kitchen is also an ideal environment to run one-to-one workshops or group session
